SITUATION:

Casa Maruzza is a little ancient fisherman house arranged into a furnished studio, situated in DONNALUCATA at 50 meters from a long beach with thin golden sand. DONNALUCATA, in the very south-east of the Sicily, is a small fishing harbour surrounded by the blue, silver, crystallized African sea

Bedroom

Hot sand and sun shine in the Mediterranean vegetation with baroque architecture.
Trekking alongside the bottom of wild canyon in the natural reserves, where streams and natural lakes invite you to picnic and swim.
Horse riding at the bottom of the canyons and rock climbing for climber can be booked.
Trips in the archaeological sites and strolls along the picturesque streets of Scicli, Modica and Noto are available;
Of course, the evening can be spent strolling along the beach with its typical restaurants and open-air discothèque.
Other activities: VTT / bicycle, sea / ocean, windsurfing, sailing, nautical sport, diving under sea, fishing.

Being brief, you are at 150 km from AGRIGENTO and 60 Km from SYRACUSE and each of you can find here how to spend one's spare time in absolutely happiniess.

HABITATION:

It's a type of house which fits perfectly for the people in search of a small, cheap habitation with cooking chance. A small roof-terraced with table, chairs, beach umbrella for four person and a small barbecue. Shops are nearby, and you can even consider an holiday without rented car. From the airport of Catania, there are air-conditioning buses which bring you to Donnalucata in about three hours.

COMPOSITION:

Air-conditioning, small equipped kitchen, large fridge, table with four chairs, TV, shower-room with W.C. and hot water. On mezzanine, there is a double bed and a great wardrobe. An additional bed or a cradle can be rewuired.Bed linen will be changed once a week. No garage.

RESERVATION, PAYEMENTS & CANCELLATION

First instalment	50% of price on account: IBAN : N° IT24 S050 3684 526C C022 0142 540 BIC: N° POPRIT31022 except conventions, at least one month before residing in
inventory of fixture, handing over of the keys	50% remaining plus caution in cash. Photocopies of identity card obligatory.
General conditions: Any cancellation will have to be carried out 15 days at the latest, before the scheduled day of entry. If the house won't be rented again because of the taker fault, the caution amount will be refunded in proportion to the days not rented over the period reserved by the taker. In the event of re-letting, the difference will be refunded on the account provided by the taker. The tenant will have to ensure the remaining instalments and caution on cash on the entry day, otherwise the keys will not be given, and no compensation can be claimed by the advised taker. The tenant must provide a photocopy of all adult occupants' identity card. We do not take any pets, they are not allowed on the beach.
